摘 要:针对部分油井供液不足、油井液面低、产液量少、系统运行效率相对较低、油井开采成本高等问题,采用油井螺杆泵采油工艺取代传统的游梁式抽油机生产工艺,但仍不能满足螺杆泵抽油装置的生产工艺要求,存在油泵空抽、能耗高的问题。提出了采用新型直驱式螺杆泵地面驱动装置系统的技术节能改造方案,介绍了该装置系统的组成及工作原理、系统特点、现场应用情况及实施效果,并对该系统进行综合效益评价。实践证明,该装置采用三相永磁无刷直流电动机、直驱式螺杆泵专用控制器和软刹车电气控制系统,以及系统采用整体柔性优化控制算法,其技术先进、功能实用性强,具有良好的推广应用前景。I n recent years, the international oil market continues to be in the low price oscillation, it has become more and more important research topics to reduce the cost for oilfield development and carry out the low-cost green energy-saving development strategy. Based on insufficient feed flow in a part of oil wells, lower liquid level, lesser produced fluid, lower system efficiency and higher developing cost, the screw pump oil production technology has been used to instead of beam pump production process, but it can not meet the requirements of oil screw pump unit. Because of pump-off and higher energy-consumption in oil pump, a new direct-drive screw pump system has been developed. The system composition and working principle, system characteristics, field application and effect, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation for the system have been introduced in this paper. Practice has proved that the device has stronger practicability and better popularization and application prospect by using the three-phase permanent magnet brushless DC motor, direct-drive screw pump dedicated controller and soft brake electric control system and the system overall flexibility optimization control algorithm.
