摘　　要：以新型城镇化的战略目标为背景,通过分析当前我国城镇停车的土地集约利用问题,提出了停车规划设计相应的原则,探讨了有利于土地集约利用的城镇停车的系列对策,以期利用这些对策来达到高效合理利用城镇停车空间、节约并有效开发城镇土地资源的目的。Based on the theory of the new urbanization, by analyzing the current land intensive parking, this paper puts forward corresponding principles of parking planning and design, and countermeasures of urban parking which greatly help the land intensive use. Finally, these strategies to achieve the efficient and reasonable utilization of urban parking space, conservation and efficient use of urban discusses the are expected utilization of urban land resources.
