健脾养阴法干预2型糖尿病前期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾养阴法干预2型糖尿病前期患者的临床疗效。方法:选取气阴两虚证糖尿病前期患者64例,采用密闭信封法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组给予单纯生活方式干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予健脾养阴中药袋泡剂口服。比较两组患者干预3个月后血糖和胰岛功能的变化。结果:干预后,两组的FPG、2 h PG以及HbA1c均较干预前下降(P<0.05),观察组的FPG、2 h PG及HbA1c均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的HOMA-IR均较干预前降低(P<0.05),HOMA-β均较干预前升高(P<0.05);观察组的HOMA-IR低于对照组(P<0.05),而HOMA-β高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾养阴法能有效降低气阴两虚证糖尿病前期患者的血糖水平,并对胰岛功能有恢复作用,具有较好的临床应用前景。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of invigorating spleen and nourishing yin method intervention of typeⅡ prediabetes.Method：64 prediabetic patients with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin who were selected,according to sealed envelope method,they were divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group was given simple lifestyle intervention,while the observation group was treated with invigorating spleen and nourishing yin Chinese medicine bag oral group basis.The changes of blood glucose and pancreatic islet function were compared between the two groups after 3 months.Result：After intervention,FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c of the two groups were lower than those before intervention（P〈0.05）, the FPG, 2 h PG and HbA1c of the observation group were lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.After intervention,the HOMA-IR of the two groups were lower than before the intervention（P〈0.05）,and HOMA-βwere higher than before the intervention（P〈0.05）,the HOMA-IR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,while the HOMA-βwas higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Invigorating spleen and nourishing yin method can effectively reduce the blood sugar levels of prediabetic patients with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin,and the effect on the recovery of islet function, has good clinical application prospect.
