摘  要:目的开展银杏叶提取物注射液药效再评价研究。方法建立大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察血液流变学及凝血功能等指标;采用双光子活体成像技术,对小鼠脑血管闭塞-溶栓过程进行实时监测。结果银杏叶提取物注射液在血液流变性、凝血功能、血管内皮功能、炎症应答及氧化应激等方面具有调控作用;能够促进脑部微血管栓塞部位的血液流动,加快栓块溶解。结论银杏叶提取物注射液可有效防治脑部和周围血流循环障碍。Objective To re-evaluate the efficacy of extract from Ginkgo Biloba leaves injection(EGBLI). Methods An acute blood stasis rat model was used to evaluate the protective effects of EGBLI. The two-photon laser-scanning microscopy technique was set up to assess the improvements of EGBLI on the cerebral thrombolysis in mice. Results EGBLI had positive effects on the haemorheology, blood coagulation, oxidative stress, inflammatory response, and vascular endothelial function. Moreover, EGBLI promoted the recovery of injured cerebral arterioles to some degree. Conclusion EGBLI has protective effects on the cerebral and peripheral blood circulation disorders. This study provides useful guidance for the clinical use of EGBLI.
