摘　　要：目的探讨静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)调配危害药品对患者及医务人员的安全性,提高患者用药安全及医务人员的职业防护。方法通过回顾性队列调查方法,采用自行设计的调查问卷,对PIVAS与普通病房2种配制环境下患者及医务人员进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果对于患者,PIVAS可提高危害药品的疗效及降低不良反应。对于医务人员,PIVAS可以在保证化疗药液质量的前提下,提高护理人员职业安全。结论 PIVAS对危害药品的合理、安全使用具有显著性优势,提高了疗效,降低毒副反应,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of pharmacy intravenous admixture services（PIVAS） deployment of harmful drugs on the safety of patients and medical staff, and protect the patients and medical staff. Methods Through retrospective cohort investigation, we used self-designed questionnaire to survey the patients and medical workers intravenous drug use in the centralized control center and common ward, and analized the results. Results For the patients, PIVAS improved the therapeutic efficacy of harmful drugs and reduced adverse reactions. For the medical staff, PIVAS improved the occupational safety of nursing staff and guaranteed the quality of chemotherapy medicine. Conclusion PIVAS reasonably improves the curative effect of harmful drugs, reduces adverse reactions, and improves the patients＇ quality of life.
