摘　　要：先天性膝关节脱位（congenital dislocation of the knee,CDK）是较为少见的畸形,Katz,Grogono和Soper在研究了155例先天性膝关节脱位后发现,45例合并有先天性髋关节脱位,Nogi和Mac Ewen报道的17例患者中有8例伴有先天性髋关节脱位。2013年,我院收治1例双侧膝关节脱位合并髌骨脱位,双侧髋关节脱位患儿,临床疗效满意,现报道如下。Objective To explore the method and experience of surgical correction of 1 case of bilateral knee dislocations combined with dislocation of the hip joint. Methods A child with bilateral dislocations of the knee joint combined with dislocation of the hip joint was treated in accordance with the order from top to bottom and from mild to extreme. Results No obvious limp was noticed in the patient, whose gait was close to normal children＇s, with double knee flexion of 100 degrees. Conclusions For the patients with bilateral knee dislocations combined with dislocation of the hip joint, knee joint surgery is recommended first of all, because the improvement of knee flexion can be better for the treatment of hip dislocation. In the treatment of dislocation of the hip joint, the limb alignment should be corrected firstly, and acetabular anteversion angle, neck-shaft angle and acetabular index should be measured and corrected.
