改良折刀位与传统体位在内痔套扎术中应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨改良折刀位与传统体位在内痔套扎术中应用效果。方法将2014-06—2015-12间肛肠科收治的拟择期行内痔套扎术的148例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各74例,对照组采用传统的截石体位,观察组采用改良折刀位。结果观察组手术时间(39.7±9.4)min显著低于对照组(45.7±10.8)min,P<0.01;观察组患者的总并发症发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的体位舒适度评价显著优于对照组,P<0.01。结论改良折刀位在内痔套扎术中应用效果要优于传统的截石体位。Objective To explore the efficacy of modified jackknife position compared with the traditional position in the Hemorrhoids ligation. Methods 148 patients from June,2014 to December,2015 from Anorectal Department were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group contained 74 cases. The control group were used the traditional cut stone position. And the observation group were used modified jackknife position. Results The operative time（ 39. 7 ± 9. 4 min vs 45. 7 ± 10. 8 min） in the observation was significantly lower than the control group,P 0. 001. The total complications in the observation was significantly lower than the control group,P 〈0. 05. The comfortable position evaluation in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,P〈 0. 01.Conclusion The modified jackknife position in the application of internal hemorrhoids ligation is more effective than the traditional lithotomy position.
