妊娠期糖尿病患者胰岛素分泌水平与超敏C反应蛋白的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者胰岛素分泌水平与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)之间的关系,以探讨hsCRP与GDM的相关性。方法选择2015年6月至2016年6月在我院妇产科规范产检的GDM患者49例作为研究对象,同期正常健康孕妇50例作为对照组,检测两组hs-CRP水平以及胰岛素分泌水平,分析hs-CRP与GDM的相关性。结果 GDM组的hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,GDM组的血浆胰岛素水平与hs-CPR水平呈正相关(r=0.809,P﹤0.000)。结论 GDM组的血浆胰岛素水平与hs-CPR水平呈正相关,检测血清hs-CRP可以作为评估GDM病情严重程度的指标。Objective：To analysis the relationship between the Insulin secretion and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）level in gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）patients and to investigate the correlation analysis of the serum hs-CRP and GDM. Methods：49 cases of patients with GDM were selected as GDM group,which were check in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016,50 cases of normal pregnant woman were selected as control group at the same period in our hospital,the level of hs-CRP and Insulin secretion were assessed to explore the association of hs-CRP and GDM. Results：The levels of hs-CRP in GDM groups were higher than those of control group（P﹤0.05）;Pearson correlation analysis showed that Insulin secretion levels were positively correlated with serum hs-CRP levels（r=0.809,P﹤0.000）. Conclusion：The analysis exhibits Insulin secretion levels were positively correlated with serum hs-CRP levels,which is expected to become one of markers for the severity of GDM.
