摘　　要：目的调查渤海驻岛官兵皮肤病发病情况,了解诱发皮肤病的相关因素。方法采用普查法,在2011年和2015年分别对1 386名和1 000名驻岛官兵进行皮肤病流行病学调查。结果 2015年和2011年的皮肤病发病率无明显差异,2年中皮肤病高发病分布情况大致相同,但红斑鳞屑性、角化性皮肤病发病率排名有所提前。结论需进一步加强皮肤病防治措施,以减少非战斗性减员。Objective To investigate the incidence of dermatosis occurred in the soldiers stationed in Bohai islands, and understand the risk factors of dermatosis. Methods The study was performed by census method, which including an epidemiological study of dermatosis among 1386 soldiers and 1000 soldiers stationed in Bohai islands in 2011 and 2015, respectively. Results There is no signifi cant difference for the morbidity of dermatosis between in 2015 and 2011, and the distribution of the high incidence dermatosis is substantially the same. However, the incidence ranking of scaly erythema and keratodermas has improved. Conclusion Prevention and treatment measures of dermatosis need to be further strengthened in order to reduce non-combat attrition.
