摘  要:以FZ/T 50019—2013《阳离子染料可染改性涤纶染色饱和值试验方法》[1]为依据,通过测试纤维染色饱和值来表征和比较阳离子染料可染改性涤纶(CDP)短纤维和阳离子染料易染改性涤纶(ECDP)短纤维的染色性能.结果表明,用亚甲基蓝与用孔雀绿测得的饱和值基本呈线性对应关系,比例系数为5/4,考虑到亚甲基蓝较为常用且稳定、易购、毒性小,所以建议采用亚甲基蓝作为实验染料;CDP短纤维染色实验时染料浓度选择1%,2%,3%,4%,5%即可,而ECDP短纤维染色实验时染料浓度选择5%,6%,7%,8%,9%较为适合;与CDP短纤维相比,ECDP短纤维的染色饱和值大很多,说明其染色性能更好;不同来源的阳离子染料可染改性涤纶的染色饱和值Sf不同.In this paper,according to cationic dyeable modified polyester dyeing saturation value test methods in the standard FZ / T 50019-2013,the performance of the cationic dyeable modified polyester( CDP) and easy cationic dyeable modified polyester( ECDP) staple fibers were characterized and compared by testing fiber dyeing saturation values. The results showed that the saturation value was measured by the use of methylene blue and malachite green,and was basically met the linear correspondence with the scale factor of 5/4. The properties of methylene blue,such as less toxic,stable,which are easy to purchase,and frequently used,were taken into consideration. It was recommended to choose methylene blue dye as an experimental dyeing,the dye concentration of CDP staple fibers was selected with 1%,2%,3%,4%,5%,the dye concentration of ECDP staple fibers was more appropriately selected with5%,6%,7%,8%,9%; compared with the CDP staple fibers,the dyeing saturation value of ECDP was much larger,indicating better dyeing properties; cationic dyeable modified polyester produced by different manufacturers had different dyeing saturation value Sf.
