摘 要:地铁等地下设施的完过冷水法制冰技术因具有结构简单、换热与冰晶制作效率高等特点,是目前最受关注的动态制冰方式之一.然而,过冷水在过冷却器内由于结冰而产生的冰堵现象导致了系统制冰过程的断断续续,降低了系统制冰的效率.针对过冷却器的冰堵问题,在理论分析的基础上采用超疏水过冷却器进行了实验研究,基于最小熵增原理对过冷却器的热力进行了综合评价.经分析,超疏水过冷却器的性能更好,提高了整个制冰系统的效率,比非超疏水过冷器的制冰量增加最高可达34%,达到了节能的目的.The ice-making technology of sub-cooling water has become one of the most highly stressed ice-making methods because of its simple structure,high heat transfer efficiency and high ice crystal making efficiency and other characteristics. However,the ice blockage that occurred in the sub-cooler is a prominent problem that reduces the efficiency of the ice generation system. To solve the problem of ice blockage in the sub-cooler,on the basis of theoretical analysis,a series experiments were carried out by super-hydrophobic sub-cooler; furthermore,based on the principles of minimum entropy principle,the thermodynamic performance of the sub-cooler was evaluated comprehensively. In a conclusion,the efficiency of the whole ice-making system was improved with the increasing performance of the sub-cooler. Compared with the non-super-hydrophobic sub-cooler,the increase of ice generation with the super-hydrophobic sub-cooler can be as high as 34%,and then the purpose of energy saving is obtained as well.
