习近平的协同领导观探析

摘　　要：协同领导观是现代领导者应秉持的战略思维导向。党的十八大以来,习近平着眼于战略全局、长远和未来,运用系统思维方法,统筹兼顾国际国内两个大局,提出了一系列协同领导理念,全面推进我国各项事业的协同发展。习近平的协同领导观主要内容为:共同目标的引领性、利益调整的公平性、区域发展的统筹性、党政关系的协调性、国际合作的共赢性。The view on collaborative leadership is a strategic thinking orientation modem leaders should em-brace. Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping, eyeing on the overall situation and the fu-ture ,applying systematic thinking and taking into consideration both the international and domestic situation, has brought forward a series of ideas on collaborative leadership to comprehensively boost the collaborative develop-ment of various undertakings in our country. The main contents of Xi Jinping＇s view on collaborative leadership are as follows ： the leading of common goals, the equity of benefit adjustment, the commonness of regional devel-opment, the coordination of the Party - state relationship, and the win - win of international cooperation.
