摘  要:目的对10批湖南产野生楮实子药材的水分含量、总灰分含量、95%乙醇浸出物含量和脂肪油得率等进行研究。方法选取2015年7—10月于湖南各地采收的10批楮实子样品,按照《中国药典》2015版(4部)通则0832第2法烘干法、通则2302和通则2201醇溶性浸出物测定法分别测定水分、总灰分和95%乙醇浸出物含量;超声提取法和索氏回流提取法测定10批楮实子中脂肪油的得率。结果 10批楮实子中水分含量平均值为为6.95%;总灰分含量平均值为6.58%;95%乙醇浸出物含量平均值为21.76%。超声提取法和索氏回流提取法测定10批楮实子中脂肪油的得率平均值分别为27.69%和27.38%。结论常德石门和衡阳衡山的楮实子品质相对其他8批质量优良,为湖南产野生楮实子药材资源的开发利用提供了科学依据,也为今后制定该药材的质量标准提供了参考。Objective This paper researched the moisture content, total ash content, 95% ethanol extract content and fatty oil yield of 10 batches of wild fructus broussonetiae herbs produced in Hunan. Methods Select July to October 2015 in hunan around 10 number of harvested to disappear real samples.The moisture content, total ash content, 95% ethanol extract content were measured according to the General Rules 0832, the Second Method(Oven-drying method), the General Rules 2302 and General Rules 2201, ethanol-soluble extractives determination method, of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Edition 2015)(4 Volumes). The fatty oil yield of the 10 batches of fruc-tus broussonetiae herbs was measured by ultrasonic extraction method and Soxhlet reflux extraction method. Results Among the 10 batches of fructus broussonetiae herbs, the mean value of moisture content was 6.95%, of total ash content was 6.58%, and of 95%ethanol extract content was 21.76%. With ultrasonic extraction method and Soxhlet reflux extraction method, the mean value of fatty oil yield of the 10 batches of fructus broussonetiae herbs was 27.69% and 27.38% respectively. Conclusion The quality of Changde Shimen and Hengyang Hengshan fructus broussonetiae herbs was better than the other 8 batches of fructus broussonetiae herbs rela-tively. It provided scientific proof for Hunan wild fructus broussonetiae herb resources development and utilization, and it also provid-ed references to formulate quality standard of fructus broussonetiae herbs in future.
