脊柱矫正床在特发性脊柱侧弯矫正的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察脊柱矫正床在特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)矫正的临床效果。方法前瞻性选取2003年7月—2016年3月收治的102例AIS患者临床资料,根据手术方法不同分为对照组(51例)、观察组(51例),前者采用传统脊柱侧凸矫形器治疗,后者采用家庭医疗脊柱矫正床治疗,观察比较两组治疗前、第1个疗程和第2个疗程Cobb角度变化情况及生活质量度。结果两组治疗后Cobb角度较治疗前改善,其中,观察组第1疗程度(22.15±3.27)°、第2疗程度(18.37±2.73)°均较对照组(27.62±4.85)°、(25.09±4.02)°角度小(P<0.05);对照组GQOL-74各项指标也较观察组低(P<0.05)。结论以脊柱矫正床治疗特发性脊柱侧弯有良好疗效,可有效提高患者Cobb角度改善效率及生活质量度。Objective To observe the clinical effects of spinal correction bed in idiopathic scoliosis（AIS） Correction. Methods Prospective Select July 2003 to March 2016 were treated 102 cases of clinical data of patients with AIS, according to surgical methods were divid-ed into control group（51 cases）, the observation group（51 cases）, the former using the traditional treatment of scoliosis, which uses home medical treatment of spinal correction bed, two groups were observed before treatment, the first course and a second course of treatment Cobb angle variation（specific indicators） and quality of life. Results After treatment than before treatment improved Cobb angle, wherein the first course of the observation group（22.15 ± 3.27）°, the first two courses of（18.37 ± 2.73）° than the control group（27.62 ± 4.85）°,（25.09 ± 4.02）° angle small（P〈0.05）; the control group GQOL-74 indicators compared with the observation group is also lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In spinal correction bed treatment of idiopathic scoliosis have a good effect, can effectively improve patients＇ Cobb angles improve the efficiency and quality of life.
