低位肛周脓肿手术治疗120例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗低位肛周脓肿120例患者的临床效果。方法选取该院2015年3月—2016年3月该科收治的低位肛周脓肿患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予切开引流治疗,观察组给予切开挂线术治疗,术后比较两组患者的平均住院时间、完全愈合时间、平均住院费用以及术后半年复发的情况。结果平均住院时间对照组为(18.3±5.2)d,观察组为(16.4±4.6)d,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均愈合时间对照组为(28.1±6.2)d,观察组为(25.6±5.7)d,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组复发率为10.00%明显高于观察组复发率1.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低位肛周脓肿给予切开挂线术不论是在平均住院时间、愈合时间上,还是不良反应的发生率均优于切开引流组,具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of 120 patients with low crissum abscess. Methods 120 cases of low crissum abscess in our hospital from Macrh 2015 Macrh 2016 in our department were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with incision and drainage, and the observation group was treated with dissected and seton therapy. The average hospitalization time, total healing time, average hospitalization expense, and the second half year recur-rence of the two groups were compared between the groups. Results The average length of stay in hospital was（18.3 ±5.2） d, the observation group was（16.4±4.6） d, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）; The average healing time of the control group was（28.1±6.2） d, the observation group was（25.6±5.7） d, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）; The recurrence rate of the control group was 10%, significantly higher than that of the observation group 1.67%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The low crissum abscess dissected and seton therapy in the average hospitalization time, healing time, and the incidence of adverse reactions were better than the incision and drainage group,which has good clinical effect, worthy of promotion in clinical application.
