摘　　要：目的探讨和分析颅内多发性动脉瘤的治疗方法。方法以该院2011年1月—2016年1月共收治的颅内多发性动脉瘤患者50例,分成手术治疗组（G1,14例）、介入治疗组（G2,20例）以及联合治疗组（G3,16例）3组,分别比较3组患者术后3个月、术后1年的GOS,以及3组患者的平均住院费用。结果 50例患者110个动脉瘤均进行手术成功处理,按照手术治疗组、介入治疗组和联合治疗组比较。以术后3个月和术后1年GOS评分分析3组,按照恢复良好与轻残中残之和比较,结果为：χ^20.21 P=0.90;χ^20.11,P=0.95,3组之间比较差异无统计学意义;平均住院费用3组之间的对比为：G1和G2平均住院费用比较,t=-29.81,P=0.00;G1和G3平均住院费用比较,t=-44.69,P=0.00;G2和G3平均住院费用比较,t=16.89,P=0.00,差异均有统计学意义。结论多发性颅内动脉瘤及时采取合适、经济的手术方式是取得患者良好预后的关键。开颅手术平均治疗费用较低。Objective To investigate and analyze the treatment of multiple intracranial aneurysms. Methods In our hospital from January2011 to January 2016 were treated in 50 patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms. The patients were divided into operation group（G1,n=14）, intervention group（G2,n=20） and combined treatment group（G3,n=16）, compared three groups the average cost of treatment and GOS of the three months after operation and one year after operation. Results 50 patients with 110 aneurysms were treated successfully. The patients were compared between the operation group, the intervention group and the combination group. Analysis GOS of the three months after operation and one year after operation, the data were χ^20.21 P=0.90;χ^20.11,P=0.95, there were no statistically significant differences between the three groups in terms of good recovery and the sum of mild disability and moderate disability, the average costs of treatment were compared between the three groups： G1：G2 t=-29.81,P=0.00;G1：G3 t=-44.69,P=0.00;G2：G3 t=16.89,P=0.00,all had significant statistical significance. Conclusion Multiple intracranial aneurysms to take appropriate and economical surgical approach are to obtain good prognosis of patients. The average cost of treatment is lower in the surgery group.
