摘  要:再制造能够最大限度利用和开发废旧资源的价值,具有广阔的产业前景,具有循环经济再利用的特点。文中考虑了自贸区再制造产业受通关效率、进口关税等因素的影响,以物流绩效指数(LPI)和网络运营收益为目标,设计相关数学模型并求解。最终发现自贸区设立拆解中心虽然能够将再制造物流网络的物流绩效及运营收益提高,但并未出现集聚效果,使再制造产业的规模仍受到限制。Remanufacturing can maximize the value of using and developing wasted resources,which has broad industrial prospects and has the characteristics of recycling economy reuse. In this paper,the remanufacturing industry is considered to be affected by the customs clearance efficiency and import tariffs,and the logistics performance index( LPI) and the network operating profit are taken as the objective to design the relevant mathematical model and solve. Finally,it is found that the establishment of dismantling center in the FTA area can improve the logistics performance and operating profit of the remanufacturing logistics network,but it does not have the effect of agglomeration,which limits the scale of remanufacturing industry.
