社会资本各维度及其之间的关系对IOS吸收的驱动研究

摘　　要：跨组织信息系统(IOS)已逐渐成为人们所熟知的网络化信息系统,企业及其供应链合作伙伴纷纷采纳并使用IOS,将其作为获取竞争优势的关键利器。然而,IOS的实际使用效果不甚理想,这使得探索IOS吸收的驱动因素和规律成为亟需解决的重要议题。文章从社会资本理论视角出发,提出了社会资本各维度及其之间关系对IOS吸收驱动的理论模型,并利用偏最小二乘(PLS)结构方程模型进行了实证检验。结果发现:在IOS使用情境下,结构资本能够促进认知资本的形成,关系资本能够有效促进结构资本和认知资本的形成;结构资本和认知资本对IOS吸收有显著的正向驱动作用,而关系资本对IOS吸收的驱动则通过结构资本和认知资本的中介作用实现。研究结论旨在丰富IOS吸收理论,并为企业IOS使用实践提供理论依据和方法指导。Inter-organizational information system（ IOS） has gradually become the most well-known network supportingapplications.More and more firms and their supply chain partners have adopt and used IOS as a key tool to obtain competitive advantage. However,the actual using effct is not very ideal,this makes exploration of IOS assimilation factors and rule become important issues. Based on social capital theory perspective,this study builds a theoretical model to explain how the three dimension of social capital and their relationship drive IOS assimilation. Subsequently,an empirical test is conducted through the partial least squares（ PLS） analyses method. The results demonstrate that structural capital can promote the cognitive capital,meanwhile,relational capital can promote the structural capital and cognitive capital effectively. Structural capital and cognitive capital has significant driving effect on IOS assimilation. while the relational capital driving effect on IOS assimilation is mediated by two other dimensions of social capital.Research conclusion will rich IOS assimilation theory and provide theoretical foundation and method guidance for enterprise IOS use practice.
