摘　　要：将互联网与支教活动进行深度融合,创新了大学生义务支教的模式,顺应了当代大学生网络行为和发展心理,提高了志愿服务的参与度,为大学生社会责任感教育提供了平台。通过提升技能培训、加强团队建设、完善激励机制、加大宣传力度、开展实地调研来保障网络支教的有效实施,使大学生在参与网络支教活动过程中实现服务社会和个人成长的双重需要,建立社会责任感。mTo combine the internet with volunteer teaching is an innovation of the mode of college students, volunteer teaching and is in accordance with the students, online behavior and psychological development. It improves the participation in volunteering practices and provides a platform to improve college students sense of responsibility. By improving the training of skills, strengthening team construction, improving stimulating mechanisms and publicizing, and conducting field trips to ensure the effectiveness of online volunteer teaching, the students may achieve the double target of serving the society and individual perfection with improved sense of responsibility.
