摘  要:形势与政策教育教学对地方建设人才的培育起着重要作用,将地方特色资源融入形势与政策课中可有效提高形势与政策教育教学效果。通过在内容上将国情省情与校情生情相结合,在师资建设上培育一支重视省情调查研究的高素质教师队伍,在教学方法上将课堂教学与课外及实践活动相整合,可以实现形势与政策教育与地方特色的功能衔接。Education on situation and policy and teaching of the course play an important role in the fostering of local talents. To integrate resources with local characteristics into the course of situation and policy can effectively improve the teaching effect. The sound integration of the education about situation and policy and local characteristics can be achieved by matching the national and provincial situation to the general conditions of the schools and the students in terms of content, by fostering an army of qualified teachers attaching importance to the investigation and research of provincial situation in terms of faculty construction, and by blending in - class teaching and after - class teaching and practices in terms of teaching method.
