基于“新福建”建设的政府依法行政建设及对策

摘　　要：党的十八大提出要全面推进依法治国,依法行政是依法治国的重要组成部分,如何在新福建建设的进程中将二者进行有效结合成为值得思考的问题。对依法行政、新福建建设的内涵和要求以及二者之间的关系进行梳理,发现其中存在的问题并剖析其成因,相应提出了解决这些问题的对策建议。The 18 th CPC National Congress proposed to comprehensively promote the rule of law,in which administration of law was an important part.How to integrate the two processes effectively along with the construction of'New Fujian'becomes an issue worth thinking.The paper sorted out the relationship between the administration of law and the content as well as requirements of'New Fujian',then analyzed the problems and the causes,hence put forward to some countermeasures.
