摘 要:为明晰高校培养和用人单位人才需求对接的过程,本文构建高校培养和用人单位人才需求对接的动态演化博弈模型,得到系统均衡点,并采用Jacobian矩阵验证其稳定性。结果显示当博弈中任何一方采取对接策略另一方采取非对接策略而产生的损失高于对方采取对接策略自身采取非对接策略与双方均采取非对接策略损失之和,另一方采取对接策略损失低于损失之和,并且一方信息不对称损失率低于另一方信息不对称损失率时,对接的演化过程都是从非对接策略向对接策略进行演化。研究表明降低信息搜寻成本是由非对接策略向对接策略演化的必经路径。In order to clear the docking process between universities training and employers demand for talent, this paper constructs a dynamic evolution game model for docking between universities training and employer demand for talent, obtaining the system equilibrium point, and verifies its stability by using Jacobian matrix. The results show that when the loss, which is produced by the either side of the game participants taking a docking strategy and the other adopting a non-docking strategy, is higher than the total losses, which consist of two parts, the one loss is produced by the latter taking a docking strategy and the former adopting a non-docking strategy, the other is produced by both parties taking a non-docking strategy, meanwhile, the loss of the other taking a docking strategy is less than the total losses, and the information asymmetry loss rate is less than that of the other, the docking evolution process is performed from non-docking strategy to docking strategy. The study shows that reducing the search costs is a necessary path about evolution from non-docking strategy to docking strategy.
