摘  要:为了实现对活体叶片面积的快速、准确和无损测量,设计了一种基于FPGA和STM32的便携式叶面积仪。仪器以Altera公司的EP2C5T144C8N做为控制单元,以ST公司的STM32F103RET6作为数据的采集和处理单元,利用扫描原理,设计了一种逐像素比较算法来计算叶片宽度,从而减轻了背景变化和镜头污染等外界因素对测量精度的影响。实验表明:该仪器实现简单,成本低,具有良好的便携性、准确性和稳定性。In order to realize the fast, accurate and non destructive measurement of the area of the living leaf, a portable leaf area meter based on FPGA and STM32 was designed. The instrument with Altera's EP2C5T144C8N as the control unit, with ST's STM32F103RET6 as the data acquisition and processing unit, a pixel by pixel comparison algorithm is designed to calculate the blade width based on the scanning principle, thereby reducing the influence of background change and lens pollution and other external factors on the measurement accuracy. The experimental results show that the instrument is simple, low cost, good portability, accuracy and stability.
