核桃叶提取液对小鼠能量代谢影响的实验研究

摘  要:目的观察核桃叶对小鼠能量代谢是否存在影响。方法取40只昆明种小鼠,随机均分为正常对照组和核桃叶提取液低、中、高浓度组等4组,分别给予0.9%Na Cl注射液和核桃叶提取液0.15、0.3、0.6 g/m L灌胃(灌胃量按10 m L/kg体质量计算),1次/d,共14 d。末次灌胃30 min后,测算各组小鼠的耗氧量、产热量、能量代谢率。结果各组小鼠的耗氧量、产热量、能量代谢率的组间比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论核桃叶提取液对小鼠能量代谢无明显影响。Objective To observe the effect of liquid extract of juglans leaves on the energy metabolism of mice. Methods40 Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into the normal control group, low, middle and high concentrations groups, and all groups were respectively given the 0.9%Na Cl injection liquid and 0.15, 0.3 and 0.6 g/m L liquid extract of juglans leaves for intragastric administration once a day for 14 d, and the oxygen consumption, quantity of heat production and relative metabolic rate of mice in each group were measured after 30 min of the last intragastric administration. Results There was no obvious differences in the oxygen consumption, quantity of heat production and relative metabolic rate between each group by comparison(P 〉0.05). Conclusion The liquid extract of juglans leaves has no obvious effect on the energy metabolism of mice.
