9S管理在流动采血车血液采集质量管理中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的分析9S管理在流动采血车血液采集质量管理中的应用。方法选择该站2个流动采血车为研究对象,实施9S管理,分析9S管理实施前后的物品摆放标准化、物品取放流程合理性、物品材料过期发生率、器械设备维修率、献血者满意度、护士对科室管理满意度等指标。结果伴随着9S开展时间,流动采血车的各项指标均有明显的改善,各项指标实施1年后与实施前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 9S管理在流动采血车血液采集质量管理中的应用效果显著,能够有效提升采集血中各项工作质量,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application of 9S management in the blood collection quality management by the mobile blood collecting vehicles. Methods 2 mobile blood collecting vehicles in our station were selected and were given the9 S management, and the indexes including the article display standardization, article pick-and-place process rationality, incidence rate of overdue article materials, maintenance rate of instruments and equipment, satisfactory degree of blood donors and satisfactory degree of nurses to department management before and after the implementation of 9S management were analyzed. Results The development of 9S obviously improved various indexes of mobile blood collecting vehicles, and the differences in various indexes after 1-year implementation and before implementation were obvious with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application effect of 9S management in the blood collection quality management by the mobile blood collecting vehicles is obvious, which can effectively improve various working qualities in the blood collection, and it is worth promotion.
