摘　　要：通过查阅PDCA循环管理法(即质量环)的相关文献资料以及专业系统的理论学习,初步了解到质量环管理法在手术护理质量管理中的应用效果。本论文的目的是通过研究探索PDCA循环(即质量环)管理法在手术室护理质量中的应用效果来进一步提高手术室的护理质量,为我国临床护理提供理论依据。并通过将PDCA循环管理的方法应用到手术室当中,从而对手术室护士的工作情况进行有效管理。最终得出PDCA循环管理法对于提高手术团队的热情及手术室护士的护理质量具有显著效果的结论。The paper initially masters the application effect of quality loop management method in the operation nursing quality management by referring to the related literatures of PDCA circulation management method and professional and systematical theoretical learning, the paper is to further improve the nursing quality in the operating room by researching and exploring the application effect of PDCA circulation method in the nursing quality management in the operating room and provide theoretical basis for the clinical nursing in our country, and the paper carries out effective management of nurse＇s work in the operating room by applying the PDCA circulation management method to the operating room, and finally proves that PDCA circulation management method has an obvious effect on improving the enthusiasm of operative team and nursing quality of nurses in the operating room.
