摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理在医务人员预防职业暴露中的应用,减少医务人员发生职业暴露。方法自2015年1月执行精细化管理,对2015年前后该院医务人员发生职业暴露情况进行统计分析。结果执行前监测医务人员总人数共2326人,医务人员职业暴露87例,发生率3.7%;执行后监测医务人员总人数共2412人,职业暴露51例,发生率2.1%,执行后较执行前发生率明显下降(P<0.01)。结论建立职业暴露精细化管理,能最大限度地减少职业暴露,保障医务人员的职业安全。Objective Objective To study the application of refined management in predicting the occupational exposure and reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure of medical staff. Methods The refined management had been implemented since January 2015, and the occupational exposure of medical staff before and after 2015 were counted and analyzed. Results There were 2326 cases of monitoring medical staff before implementation, and there were 87 cases with occupational exposure, and the incidence rate was 3.7%, and there were 2412 cases of monitoring medical staff after implementation, and51 cases with occupational exposure, and the incidence rate was 2.1%, and the incidence rate obviously decreased compared with that before the implementation,P 〈0.01. Conclusion The refined management of occupational exposure can reduce the occupational exposure to a large extent and ensure the occupational safety of medical staff.
