摘　　要：目的探讨医院输血科规范化管理与用血安全。方法分析我科实际工作情况,结合相关文献,分析整理。结果临床血液的质量可对患者治疗疗效产生较大影响,甚至影响患者生命安全。临床上应对输血科血液质量进行严格把控,加强对输血科相关管理工作,合理规范利用血液,杜绝浪费,保障临床采供血绝对安全。随着相关管理工作的不断开展,对输血科质量规范化管理工作起到推动作用,对于工作中所产生的问题,须积极对其进行改善,与此同时,对输血科规范化管理工作提出合理要求。结论输血治疗为一种特殊治疗方法,其与药物治疗完全不同,在部分疾病的治疗以及诊断中,输血治疗起着非常重要的作用,甚至无法替代。Objective To study the standardized management and medication safety in the department of blood transfusion in the hospital. Methods The practical working condition in our department was analyzed, and analyzed and sorted up combined with the related literatures. Results The quality of clinical blood could have a bigger effect on the curative effect of patients, even affecting the life security of patients, in clinic, we should strictly control the blood quality in the department of blood transfusion, enhance the related management work in the department, rationally and standardly use blood, put an end to waste and ensure the absolute safety of blood supply and collection in clinic, the constant development of related management had a promotion effect on the standardized management work of blood quality in the department of transfusion,and we should positively improve the issues in work and put forwards the rational requirement for the standardized management work in the department of transfusion. Conclusion The blood transfusion treatment is a special treatment method, totally different from the drug treatment, and it plays a very important role in the treatment and diagnosis of some diseases and even irreplaceable.
