低年资聘用制护士角色认知与幸福感调查及其相关性分析

摘  要:目的分析低年资聘用制护士的护士角色功能认知与幸福感调查及相关性。方法选取2013年12月—2015年2月该院聘任的136名护士为研究对象,对入选护士进行相关的问卷调查并统计结果。结果低年资护士对角色功能的认知较为片面,所测生活满意度得分为(5.19±1.09)分,总体情感指数为(5.24±1.09)分,总的幸福感指数为(10.96±2.04)分,与常模相比明显较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低年资护士角色功能认知程度与幸福感指数得分呈正相关(r<0.01)。结论低年资聘用制护士对角色功能的认知程度不高,需要加强。提高护士对角色功能的认知水平,可增加幸福感,进而提高临床护理质量,意义远大。Objective To analyze the role cognition and happiness of low years engaging system nurses and analysis of correlation. Methods 136 cases of engaging system nurses in our hospital from December 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the research objects and the selected nurses were given the related questionnaires, and the results were counted. Results The cognition of role function of low years engaging system nurses was one-sided, and the life satisfactory degree score was(5.19 ±1.09) scores, and the total emotional index and total happiness index were respectively(5.24 ±1.09) scores and(10.96±2.04) scores, which were obviously lower than those of norms and the differences had statistical significance,(P 0.05), and the role function cognition of low years engaging system nurses was positively correlated with the happiness index, r0.01. Conclusion The role function cognitive degree of low years engaging system nurses is low, which needs to be enhanced, and improving the nurse's cognitive level of role function can increase the happiness thus improving the clinical nursing quality, and it is of great significance.
