摘 要:目的探讨"三定式"案例教学法在水电解质平衡教学中的应用方法,总结"三定式"教学方案的经验。方法老师针对水电解质失衡中的常见病例,设计低渗性缺水合并低钾血症进行"三定式"案例教学,详细说明患者的临床症状、专科检查、血常规、电解质检查结果及治疗方法,引导学生由易到难进行思考,并根据"三定式"步骤指导学生设计补液方案。结果经"三定式"教学方案指导后,学生的学习热情获得了提升,综合能力获得了增强,理论联系实践不足问题获得了解决。结论"三定式"案例教学法在水电解质平衡教学中应用效果理想,可提升教学水平,且可将"三定式"案例教学的核心思路延伸到临床各个疑难点的教学。Objective to explore the application of "SanDingShi "case method in Water and electrolyte balance teaching,Sum up the experience of "SanDingShi "teaching programs.Methods The teachers find out the common case of water and electrolyte imbalance.Design hypotonic water Hypokalemia be "three-style" Case Teaching.A detailed description of clinical symptoms, specialist examination,blood,electrolytes test results and treatment.Guided students from easy to difficult to think,And guide students to design programs according"SanDingShi "step.Results After ""SanDingShi "teaching program guidance,the enthusiasm of students learning was improved,the comprehensive ability was to obtain enhanced,the insufficient linking theory with practieal issues was resolved.Conclusion The application of "SanDingShi "Case method in water and electrolyte balance was ideal.it is worth application effect,can improve teaching level.and "SanDingShi "case method core ideas could extends to various clinical teaching difficult points.
