Nuss手术与改良Ravitch手术治疗小儿漏斗胸疗效的对比分析

摘　　要：目的对Nuss手术与改良Ravitch手术治疗小儿漏斗胸的临床效果进行对比分析。方法选取2012年6月至2015年6月70例小儿漏斗胸患者作为观察对象，其中N组35例患者采用Nuss手术进行治疗，R组35例患者则采用改良Ravitch手术进行治疗。观察对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间以及并发症的发生情况。结果N组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、切gr长度、住院时间均明显少于R组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；N组中，出现并发症的患者有3例（8．57％），R组中，出现并发症的患者有4例（11．43％）。两组比较差异未见统计学意义（x。=0．1079；P〉0．05）。结论采用Nuss手术与改良Ravitch手术来治疗小儿漏斗胸均有较好的效果，Nuss手术给患者带来的伤害更小。在进行治疗时，可根据医院的自身的条件来选择手术方法。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of Nuss operation and modi- fied Ravitch operation in treatment of children with funnel chest. Methods Seventy children with funnel chest from June 2012 to June 2015 were taken as the research objects, and 35 patients were treated with the Nuss operation as the N group, while the other 35 patients were treated with the modified Ravitch op- eration as the R group. Then, the operation time, bleeding volume, length of incision, hospitalization time and the incidence of complications of two groups were observed and compared. Results The opera- tion time, blood loss, incision length and hospitalization time of patients in the N group were significantly less than those in the R group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the N group, occurring complications was 3 （ 8.57% ）; while in the R group, occurring complications was 4 （ 11.43 % ）. There was no significant difference between the two groups, and had not statistically signifi- cant （ X2 = 0. 1079 ; P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The clinical effects of Nnss operation and modified Ray- itch operation in treatment of children with funnel chest are both good enough, and the Nuss surgery can bring less damage to the patients, and the treatment should be chosen according to the hospital＇ s own conditions.
