摘　　要：目的观察来曲唑联合二甲双胍治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法选择2013年lO月至2014年11月子宫内膜异位症患者112例，随机将其分为对照组和治疗组，每组56例。对照组采用亮丙瑞林治疗，治疗组采用来曲唑联合二甲双胍治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗效果明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组复发率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗前，两组患者的VAS评分、血清CA125相比，差异均未见统计学意义（P〉O．05）；治疗后，两组患者的VAS评分、血清CA125均明显低于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者的VAS评分、血清CA125均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对子宫内膜异位症的患者采用来曲唑联合二甲双胍治疗效果明显，能有效提高疗效，缓解痛经症状，降低复发率，改善患者生活质量，可于临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of letrozole combined with metformin on en- dometriosis. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of endometriosis from October 2013 to November 2014 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was given leuprorelin treatment; the treatment group was given letrozole combined with met-formin. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score, serum CA125 （P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment, the VAS score, serum CA125 of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The lev- els of VAS score, serum CA125 in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The effect of letrozole combined with met- formin on patients with endometriosis is significant. It can effectively improve the curative effect, relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate, and improve the quality of life of patients. It can be popularized and applied.
