摘  要:以乳酸和乙醇胺为原料,通过酸碱中和反应制备了一种乙醇胺乳酸盐离子液体。以乙醇胺乳酸盐的水溶液为吸收液,在模拟烟气条件下考察了其脱硫性能,同时还研究了该离子液体再生工艺。结果表明:乙醇胺乳酸盐离子液体具有优异的脱硫性能;当该离子液体质量分数>5%时,吸收液的脱硫效率可高达100%;温度对脱硫效率影响不大;用氨水中和吸收液至pH值为9后再浓缩结晶,可使离子液体获得再生,再生后该离子液体的脱硫性能不会降低。该研究扩大了可用于烟气脱硫离子液体的种类,简化了其再生工艺,降低了再生能耗,具有工程应用前景。An ionic liquid was prepared by acid-base reaction using ethanolamine and lactate as starting ma- terials. The desulfurization performance of the ionic liquid was investigated in the simulated flue gas, and the regeneration of ionic liquid was also studied. It was found that the ethanolamine lactate solution had ex- cellent desulfurization performance,and the desulfurization efficiency could reach 100% when the concen- tration of the ionic liquid was higher than 50%. The temperature had little influence on desulfurization effi- ciency. The satured absorbent was regenerated by the addition of ammonia,and the regenerated ionic liquid still kept high desulfurization efficiency. This expriment can enlarge the kinds of desulfurization ionic liquid, simplify the regeneration technology and reduce the regeneratioenergy consumption, which has an engi- neering application prospect.
