摘  要:低低温电除尘技术在高硫煤机组应用的安全性亟待验证。为此,在某600MW高硫煤机组锅炉上搭建了低低温省煤器试验台,进行了SO_3、烟尘协同脱除试验。结果表明:不同试验煤种条件下,烟气中SO_2向SO_3的转化率基本相同,约为1.5%;当低低温省煤器试验段出口烟温低于烟气酸露点时,SO_3协同脱除率为70.9%~91.9%,脱除效果较为显著;当烟尘浓度足够大时,SO_3脱除率随灰硫比下降而增加,当灰硫比大于150时趋于稳定;不同出口烟温对SO_3脱除率无明显的影响;试验段出口烟尘经吸收SO_3调质后,在低低温省煤器出口烟温条件下烟尘比电阻量级降至高效除尘范围1.08×10~9~5.1×10^(10)Ω·cm,这有利于提高电除尘效率。There are some problems during application of low-low temperature economizer in coal-fired units, especially the safety problem in units firing high-sulfur coal. Thus, an experimental platform of low- low temperature economizer for high-sulfur coal units was built and used to investigate the simultaneous removal of SO3 from flue gas. The experimental results are as follows. For different kinds of coal,the con- version ratio of SO2 to SO3 in flue gas were about the same,whichwas 1.5%. When the temperature of flue gas at the end of the test section of the self-built low-low economizer was below the acid dew point, the simultaneous removal ratio of SO3 were from 70.9% to 91.9% ,indicating the removal effect was dramatic. When the concentration of fly ash in flue gas was high enough, the simultaneous removal ratio of SO3 in- creased as the ratio of ash to sulfur decreased,and when the ratio of ash to sulfur were above 150,the sim- ultaneous removal ratio of SO3 were tending to be stable. Meanwhile, when the outlet temperature of flue gas was below the acid dew point,the outlet temperature had no significant effect on the simultaneous re- moval ratio of SO3. Through the application of SO3 flue gas conditioning,the order magnitude of the fly ash resistivity at the outlet of the test section decreased to 1.08× 109 to 5.1×1 010Ω· cm,which was at the high efficient ash removal range and would benefit the efficient removal of the fly ash.
