摘  要:介绍了理论分析计算评价、间接判断状态评价和性能试验评价3种汽轮机汽封改造效果的评价方法;重点阐述了性能试验评价中高、中压端部汽封状况评价、高中压合缸处轴封状况、缸内汽封改造效果综合评价和热耗率综合评价等方法的技术特点和适用范围,给出了各种评价方法的可靠性结论。认为:理论分析计算方法仅用于定性评估汽封改造状况;间接判断状态评估方法主要为现场机组运行提供参考;性能试验测试评价方法根据试验范围和部位的不同对汽封改造效果做出局部专项评价和经济性改善的综合性评价,准确评估还应综合考虑机组大修中其他项目对热耗率的影响。上述方法可为电厂合理选用汽封形式、估算投资回收效益等提供参考。The evaluation methods of turbine steam seal retrofitting were introduced, which were theoretical calculation method based on measured gap space change,indirectly judging state method and thermal per- formance test method. This paper focuses on thermal performance test method, and the technical feature and application range were illustrated about condition evaluation for shaft end steam seal, shaft seal condi- tion of coupling HP-IP cylinders,steam seal retrofitted effect and heat rate comprehensive assessment etc. It was concluded that the theoretical calculation method was used for qualitative evaluation of steam seal retrofitting;while indirectly judging state method was offered for field unit operation, while thermal per- formance test method could specially and economically evaluate the steam seal retrofitting according to test range and location. Further evaluation should take unit overhaul economy and heat rate improvement into consideration. These methods would be helpful in selection of steam seals and estimation of investment re- covery efficiency.
