摘  要:采用纳滤工艺对火电厂循环水排污水进行处理。结果表明:纳滤膜对Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Ba^(2+)、Sr^(2+)、SO_4^(2-)等二价离子的去除率>85%,对有机物的去除率≥83%;回收率为15%~85%时,纳滤膜的脱盐率≥75%,但对Na^+、Cl^-等一价离子截留率较低;纳滤产水作为锅炉补给水处理系统的水源,可确保反渗透系统的安全稳定运行;对于凝汽器采用不锈钢管(不包括304和304L)的电厂,纳滤产水还可作为循环水补充水,减少了电厂新鲜水取用量。The nanofiltration (NF) process was used to treat the circulating water discharged from coal-fired power plants. The experimental results show that, the removal rates of Ca2+ , Mg2+ , Ba2+ , Sr2+ , SO4 2- and other divalent ions by the NF treatment were all over 85%, and that of the organic matter are over 83 %. When the NF membrane recovery ratio was between 15% and 85% ,the desalination rate of the NF mem- brane was over 75% ,while the retention rate of Na+ ,Cl- and other monovalent ions were low. As the water supply of the boiler feed water, the NF effluent could ensure the safe and stable operation of reverse osmosis system. For the power plants using stainless steel pipes (except 304 and 304L) as the cooler tube materials, the NF effluent can be reused as the circulating water supplement water,to reduce the water intake quantity of the power plant.
