摘　　要：全球经济一体化发展到当今阶段,想要进一步寻求更深层次的合作与发展存在一定的困难,自由贸易区顺理成章的成为贸易自由化发展道路中的选择之一。但因为我国自由贸易区发展起步较晚,经验不足,所以在自由贸易区的机构设置、原产地规则、服务提供者资格承认制度、知识产权保护制度、投资制度等方面存在较多不完善之处。在我国提出自由贸易区战略之时,应加快对相关制度的健全工作。Under the multilateral trading system, the global economic evolution of today＇s moment, want to find deeper cooperation and development has certainly difficult, Free Trade Area will be a choice to achieve the development of trade liberalization. Because of the Free Trade Area development of our country starts late, the experience has relatively insufficient, so the Free Trade Area of institutional settings, rules of origin, the service provider qualification system, intellectual property protection system, investment system and other aspects existence a lot of imperfections. When we put forward the strategy of Free Trade Area strategy in our country, we should perfect the relevant system quicken.
