摘　　要：【目的】了解武警某部集训期新兵伤病发生与流行情况,为针对性开展新训期卫勤保障服务提供依据。【方法】将武警某部2015年度680名入伍新兵全部纳入研究,新兵基本信息来源于武警部队兵员管理系统,伤病信息来源于驻训点卫勤保障员规范登记的《战士伤病情况登记表》。【结果】集训期新兵伤病发生以呼吸系统疾病为主(占47.21%),其次是损伤、中毒和外因的某些其它后果(占16.31%)及消化系统疾病(占8.79%)。在具体病种上,居前5位的是感冒(占38.63%)、软组织挫伤(占13.52%)、扁桃体周围炎(占7.30%)、皮炎(占5.15%)和体癣(占4.29%);感冒和扁桃体周围炎的发生率表现为农村/乡镇的新兵高于城市/县城的新兵,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);感冒与软组织挫伤的发生率表现为低文化程度组新兵高于高文化程度组新兵,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);新兵伤病发生率随入伍时间不同分布不同。【结论】武警某部集训期新兵伤病发生以呼吸系统疾病为主,常见伤病为感冒、软组织挫伤、扁桃体周围炎、体癣和皮炎,伤病分布与文化程度、兵源地和入伍阶段有关。【Objective】To learn the incidence and prevalence of injuries and diseases in PAP recruits during the training stage, and provide references for military medical support services.【Methods】A total of 680 recruits in some PAPF were enrolled in 2015. The general data of the recruits came from the soldier management system and the information of injuries and diseases came from the registration form for diseases.【Results】During the training stage, respiratory diseases（47.21%） were the main diseases in the recruits,followed by injury, poisoning and other consequences of external factors（16.31%） and digestive diseases（8.79%）. As for disease species, the top five diseases were cold（38.63%）, soft tissue contusion（13.52%）, peripheral inflammation of amygdala（7.30%）,dermatitis（5.15%） and tinea corporis（4.29%）. The difference was statistically significant between the groups of different solider sources in the incidence of cold and peripheral inflammation of amygdale（P〈0.05）. The difference was also statistically significant between the groups of different education degrees in the incidence of cold and soft tissue contusion（P〈0.01）. The incidence of injuries and diseases in the recruits varied with the enrollment time.【Conclusion】Respiratory diseases are the main diseases of the recruits in some PAP during the training stage. Common diseases involve cold, soft tissue contusion, peripheral inflammation of amygdala, tinea corporis and dermatitis. The distribution of injuries and diseases relates to education degrees, solider sources and enrollment time.
