编纂政区志应注意的几个问题

摘　　要：有些二轮县级志书为沟通历史、反映全貌,政区志的限前内容照录前志,致使前志在篇目设置、内容表述等方面的一些缺欠又影响到续志。诸如误将古代九州作为行政区划、对行政区域界线勘定和治所疏于记述、把伪政区记入建置沿革正文、乡镇级政区排序无章法等问题,直接影响政区志质量,应该在思想上予以重视,并在深入研究、提高认识的基础上妥善处理。In some county-level local records compiled in the second-round,for the purpose of presenting the full picture of history,contents of some administrative district records before the time span are completely copied from the previous local records,and quality of the continued local records is as a result influenced by the shortcomings of the previous local records in terms of poor chapter and section arrangement or contents. Problems are found such as mistakenly recording jiuzhou( 九州) as administrative divisions,negligences in recording boundary demarcations of administrative regions and administrative office locations,recording administrative regions of puppet governments not officially recognized in contents of the governance transformation,and the disorder in arrangements of administrative districts at the township level in administrative district records. We must pay attention to these problems,and carefully and appropriately deal with them on the basis of in-depth research and improved knowledge.
