摘　　要：纲目设计是编好地方综合年鉴不可缺少的重要一环。近几年来,一些地方综合年鉴纲目分类不合理,层次不够分明,缺乏科学性、连续性,特点不突出,标题欠准确等问题突出。地方综合年鉴纲目设计应当科学分类、层次分明,特色鲜明,纲目相对稳定、有连续性,标题准确。Structure design is an indispensable link in the compilation of local comprehensive yearbooks. In recent years,problems with structural designs of certain local comprehensive yearbooks such as irrational categorization,ambiguous content arrangement,lack of scientificity and continuity,plain recordings and with inaccurate titles became more and more acute. The structural design of local comprehensive yearbooks must be scientific in categorization, clear in arrangement and with distinctive features,relatively stable and continuous structures,as well as accurate titles.
