摘  要:自走式青贮联合装袋机机架是整机重要的承载部件,要有足够的强度刚度以保证机器在各种工况条件下的正常工作。本文利用有限元法通过数学推导的方式计算了自走式青贮联合装袋机割台机架的受力变形情况,利用ANSYS软件分析了制动工况、起伏路工况、曲线行驶工况条件下,自走式青贮联合装袋机机身机架的应力情况,利用电阻应变测量法对工作状态下机架的应变情况进行测量并与有限元分析结果进行比较验证。结果表明,利用有限元法对机架应力集中位置进行分析有较高的参考意义,机架的强度刚度符合实际工作需要,安全系数较高,有一定的优化空间。The frame of self-propelled silage combined bagging machine is an important part of the machine.It should have sufficient stiffness and strength to insure proper operation under various working conditions.Paper calculate the deformation of header frame of self-propelled silage combined bagging machine,analyses the stress of machine body frame under braking condition,rough road condition and curve condition,measured the working strain of the frame by resistance strain gauge method.Through comparing the measure results and the analysis results,verifi ed the accuracy and reliability of the analysis results.The strength and stiff ness of the frame meet the operation requirements.The frame have high safety factor.There is still room for optimization.
