摘　　要：目的探讨肘部固定夹板对预防CT增强检查时碘对比剂渗漏的临床应用价值。方法选择行CT增强检查的200例患者,其中男性113例,女性87例;年龄35~72岁,平均年龄56岁。随机分为对照组（96例）和试验组（104例）。对照组在进行CT增强检查时静脉穿刺留置针后未使用肘部固定夹板;试验组在进行CT增强检查时静脉穿刺留置针后使用肘部固定夹板,比较两组碘对比剂渗漏的发生率。结果对照组发生渗漏13例,发生率为13.54%。试验组发生渗漏5例,发生率为4.81%。试验组碘对比剂渗漏的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肘部固定夹板杜绝了因手臂弯曲导致碘对比剂渗漏的情况发生,大大降低了碘对比剂渗漏的发生率。而且此种肘部固定夹板制作简单,成本低,在起到固定作用的同时又不会对患者的手臂造成挤压、疼痛等不适感,患者很容易接受,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the application of elbow fixed splint for preventing extravasation of iodine contrast agents by enhanced CT examination. Methods A total of 200 enhanced CT cases were enrolled, which included 113 males and 87 females, aged 35 - 72 years old with mean age 56 years old. All of them were randomly divided into control group（n = 96 ） and experimental group（n = 104）. In control group, there was no elbow fixed splints after intravenous indwelling needle at en- hanced CT examination and in experimental group elbow fixed splints was used. The incidence of extravasation iodine con- trast agents was assessed and compared between 2 groups. Results Extravasation of iodine contrast agents occurred at 13 cases in control group（13.54 %） and 5 in experimental group（4.81%）. The incidence of extravasation contrast agents in experi- mental group was significantly lower than that in control group, which was statistic significance between 2 groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of extravasation is greatly reducing iodine contrast agent caused by elbow fixed splint. The elbow splints is easy to accept by patients because of simple producing and low-cost without compressing and pain, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
