摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量瑞舒伐他汀对老年慢性心衰合并房颤患者改善心功能及预防房颤复发的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月—2014年11月收治的98例老年慢性心衰合并房颤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组患者采取常规强心利尿扩血管治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上,加用小剂量瑞舒伐他汀治疗。结果观察组患者总治愈率为93.87%,对照组患者为83.67%(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者治疗后在射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)等方面差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者三酰甘油(TG),总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)指标低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇HDL-C(HDL-C)指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量瑞舒伐他汀对老年慢性心衰合并房颤患者疗效显著,明显改善患者心脏各项指标,无严重不良反应,值得临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of small dose of atorvastatin on improving cardiac function and pre- venting recurrence of atrial fibrillation in elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation. Methods Totally 98 elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation were selected in our hospital from March 2013 to November, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each group. Observation group, on the basis of the control group, with a small dose of atorvastatin treatment. Control patients, the conventional treatment of cardiac and diuretic therapy. Results The total cure rate of the observation group was 93.87% , and the control group was 83.67% （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the observation group and the control group, after treatment in LVESD, LVEDD, LVEF% , and so on, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Mmol TG, TCand LDL - C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and HDL - Cwas higher than that in the con- trol group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Small dose of atorvastatin on elderly patients with chronic heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation has significant effect, significantly improve the heart of the indicators, the clinical choice of high- er, no serious adverse reactions, it is worthy of further clinical application.
