摘　　要：目的评价腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术（TEP）中重视腹膜保护在成人腹股沟疝患者中的临床应用效果。方法 162例成人腹股沟疝患者,均实施腹腔镜TEP疝修补术,观察患者的平均住院时间、手术时间、并发症发生率、住院总费用等情况。结果所有患者均治愈,平均住院时间为（3.72±1.03）d、住院总费用为（0.97±0.18）万元、手术时间为（43±15）min,术后阴囊血清肿9例、尿潴留11例,无睾丸萎缩、坏死、神经感觉异常等并发症的发生,随访3~24个月无复发病例。结论腹腔镜TEP疝修补术重视保护腹膜完整性,不破坏腹股沟区解剖结构,是一种并发症少、患者易接受且术后有良好体验的疝修补术式,适合临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate clinical application effect by attention on peritoneal protection during laparoscopic total extraperitoneal prosthesis（TEP） in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 162 adult inguinal hernia patients all received laparoscopic TEP, and their mean hospital stay time, operation time, incidence of complications and total hospitalization cost were observed. Results All patients were cured, with mean hospital stay time as（3.72±1.03） d, total hospitalization cost as（9.70±1.80） thousand yuan, and operation time as（43±15） min. There were 9 cases with postoperative scrotal seroma and 11 cases with uroschesis. There were no complications of orchiatrophy, necrosis, nerve paresthesia, and no recurrence in 3~24 months of followup. Conclusion Laparoscopic TEP shows attention to peritoneal protection for completeness, without anatomical structure damage in inguinal region. This method contains few complications, good acceptance and good postoperative experience, and it is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
