摘　　要：目的探讨蝮蛇咬伤急诊救治的特点。方法回顾性分析512例蝮蛇咬伤患者的临床资料。结果 512例患者中治愈511例,死亡1例。有效率为99.8%。结论在蝮蛇咬伤的救治中,做好早期的急救、有效的治疗至关重要,同时还要做好蛇咬伤防治的普及教育。Objective To investigate features of emergency rescue for Agkistrodon halys bite. Methods Clinicaldata of 512 patients with Agkistrodon halys bite were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 512 patients, there were 511 cured cases and 1 death case, with effective rate as 99.8%. Conclusion Early rescue and effective treatment are essential in emergency rescue for Agkistrodon halys bite, and education of snake bite is also necessary.
