摘 要:以2年生柠条幼苗为材料,研究叶片损伤(剪除1/2叶片和剪除全部叶片,即C_(1/2)和C_1)和刈割(留茬高度分别为30cm、15cm、3cm和对照不刈割,即C_(30)、C_(15)、C_3和C_0)对幼苗补偿生长的影响。结果表明:叶片损伤和刈割的幼苗株高、基径和主根长均极显著小于对照(P<0.01),且随叶片损伤和刈割强度的增大而减小;低强度叶片损伤和刈割促进幼苗侧根数增加,但高强度叶片损伤和刈割处理(C_1和C_3)侧根数极显著减少(P<0.01)。叶片损伤抑制萌条的萌生,萌条数、萌条高和萌条基径均随叶片损伤程度增大而减小;不同强度刈割幼苗的萌生率均高达100%,且萌条数显著大于对照(P<0.05),但萌条高和萌条基径都小于对照。叶片损伤和刈割处理幼苗的总生物量和各器官生物量均显著小于对照(P<0.05),且都随叶片损伤和刈割强度增大而减小,总生物量、根生物量、茎生物量和叶生物量补偿指数都是C_(1/2)或C_(30)最大,C_3最小。The experiment of a series of leaf damages(excision of half of leaflets and all of leaflets,C1/2and C1)and cutting treatment(stubble 30 cm,15cm,3cm,and non-cutting,C30,C15,C3,and C0)was conducted to investigate the effects of leaf damage and cutting on the compensatory growth of twoyear-old Caragana korshinskii seedlings.The results showed that:1)The shoot height,basal stem diameter and taproot length of leaf damaged and cutting C.korshinskii seedlings were all significantly higher than those of control seedlings(P〈0.01),and all declined with the increasing of intensity of leaf damage and cutting.Low leaf damage and cutting stimulated the increase of lateral root number,while heavy leaf damage and cutting(C1and C3)led to significant reduction of lateral root number(P〈0.01).2)Sprout number,sprout height and basal stem diameter of sprout all decreased with the intensity of leaf damage increasing.All three cutting treatments resulted in 100% of sprouting rate and the sprout number of clipped seedlings significantly increased(P〈0.05),but both sprout height and basal stem diameter of sprout were comparatively lower than that of control.3)Total biomass and allocation of leaf damaged and cut C.korshinskii seedlings were all lower than that of control(P〈0.05)and declined when the intensity of leaf damage and cutting increased.Compensation indices of total biomass,root biomass,stem biomass and leaf biomass all maximized in C1/2or C30 and minimized in C3.
