摘 要:试验选取鄂温克旗草甸草原常见天然牧草,比较分析不同科、不同子叶数、不同生活周期牧草之间常量元素和微量元素含量的差异。结果表明:天然牧草所含常量元素中,全碳含量最高,钠含量最低;微量元素中,铁含量最高,硒含量最低。不同科和不同子叶数牧草之间,常量元素全氮、钾、钙、镁含量差异显著(P<0.01),微量元素铜和锌含量差异显著(P<0.05);不同生活周期牧草之间各元素含量无显著性差异。天然牧草中所含的常量元素全氮、钾、钙、镁和微量元素铜和锌,在不同科、不同子叶数之间均出现显著性差异性。Common natural grass in Ewenki meadow steppe were selected,the difference in macro elements and trace element content in grass among different families,cotyledon number and life cycles were compared.The results showed that,for macro elements,total carbon content was the highest and sodium content was the lowest in all selected natural grasses.For trace elements,in contrast,iron content was the highest,the selenium content was the lowest.Between different families and different cotyledon,there was significant difference in total nitrogen,potassium,calcium and magnesium for macro elements(P〈0.01)and zinc and copper for trace element(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in each element content between different life cycle.The content of total nitrogen,potassium,calcium,magnesium,trace elements-copper and zinc in natural grasses are significantly different between different families and cotyledons number.
