疏肝振痿汤配合性感集中训练治疗心理性勃起功能障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨应用疏肝振痿汤配合性感集中训练治疗心理性勃起功能障碍的疗效。方法 :将200例心理性勃起功能障碍患者随机分成两组,治疗组120例,内服疏肝振痿汤配合性感集中训练;对照组80例,单纯内服疏肝振痿汤治疗,4周为1疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组56例治愈,53例好转,总有效率90.8%;对照组23例治愈,31例好转,总有效率67.5%,两组总有效率比较差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:以中药疏肝振痿汤配合性感集中训练治疗心理性勃起功能障碍的疗效明显优于单纯内服疏肝振痿汤,是治疗心理性勃起功能障碍的有效方法。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Shugan Zhenwei decoction plus sensate focus exercise for psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Methods：Totally 200 cases of psychogenic erectile dysfunction were divided into treatment group with 120 cases and control group with 80 cases. The treatment group was treated with Shugan Zhenwei decoction plus sensate focus exercise,while the control group was treated with Shugan Zhenwei decoction alone. One therapeutic course lasted for 4 weeks. After 2 therapeutic courses,two groups was compared on therapeutic effect. Results：In the treatment group,56 cases were cured,and 53 cases were improved,with the total effective rate 90.8%,while in the control group,23 cases were cured,and 31 cases were improved,with the total effective rate 67.5%. There was obvious difference on the total effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Shugan Zhenwei decoction plus sensate focus exercise in the treatment of psychogenic erectile dysfunction was better than Shugan Zhenwei decoction alone,and it is the most effective therapy for psychogenic erectile dysfunction.
