摘　　要：日本KOKUSAI动平衡机已广泛用于汽车、轮船及机电等领域旋转类零部件的动平衡检测与校正。该品牌机床在自动检测、数据采集处理、自动定位和工装夹具等方面采用了多项专利技术。动平衡机的工作原理和设计理念不同于普通机床,故障判断和维修方法与常规设备相比有许多独到之处,值得研究与探讨。Balancing test and calibration Japanese KOKUSAI balancing machines have been widely used in automobiles, ships, electrical and mechanical rotating parts Class. The brand machine in the automatic detection, data acquisition and processing, automatic positioning and other aspects of the fixture using a number of patented technologies.
