摘　　要：目的比较迪瑞H-800尿液分析仪、SYSMEX UF-1000i全自动尿液有形成分分析仪及Diasys R/S2003尿沉渣工作站检测新鲜尿液白细胞(WBC)的一致性。方法随机选取内蒙古巴彦淖尔市医院检验科340例患者新鲜尿液标本,分别用迪瑞H-800尿液分析仪、SYSMEX UF-1000i全自动尿液有形成分分析仪及Diasys R/S2003尿沉渣工作站检测,分析3种方法检测WBC结果的一致性。结果以Diasys R/S2003尿沉渣工作站检测结果为对照,迪瑞H-800尿液分析仪对检测尿中WBC的特异度为91.85%,敏感度为77.57%,Kappa值为0.709;SYSMEX UF-1000i全自动尿液有形成分分析仪对WBC检测的特异度为90.56%,敏感度为94.37%,Kappa值为0.823;迪瑞H-800联合SYSMEX UF-1000i检测任意一台为阳性时对WBC检测的特异度为85.47%,敏感度为98.11%,Kappa值为0.772;迪瑞H-800联合SYSMEX UF-1000i检测两台仪器均为阳性时对WBC检测的特异度为97.01%,敏感度为76.42%,Kappa值为0.770。结论迪瑞H-800尿液分析仪、UF-1000i全自动尿液有形成分分析仪和Diasys R/S2003尿沉渣工作站对尿液WBC检测的特异性较高,一致性强;联合使用时作为尿液分析的过筛试验,可有效提高对尿液WBC检测的特异性和敏感性,提高工作效率。Objective To analyze the consistency of the Dirui H-800 urine dry chemistry analyzer, SYSMEX UF-IO00i automatic urinary sediment analyzer, and Diasys R/$2003 quantitative analyzer of urinary sediment in detecting urine leukocyte. Methods The fresh urine specimens from 340 patients admitted to Department of Clinical Laboratory of Bayannaoer City Hospital in Inner Mongolia were randomly extracted and tested by the Dirui H-800 urine dry chemistry analyzer, SYSMEX UF-1000i automatic urinary sediment analyzer, and Diasys R/S2003 quantitative analyzer respectively. Then the consistency of the results for detecting urine leukocyte was compared among three kinds of detection method. Results With the Diasys R/S2003 quantitative analyzer examination as control, the specificity and sensitivity of the Dirui H-800 urine dry chemistry analyzer for detecting urine leukocyte were 91.85% and 77.57% respectively with a high consistency, and the Kappa value was 0.709, which of the SYSMEX UF-1000i automatic urinary sediment analyzer were 90.56% and 94.37% respectively. There was also a high consistency, and the Kappa value was 0.823. The results positive for any parts of the Dirui H-800 urine dry chemistry analyzer joint SYSMEX UF-1000i automatic urinary sediment analyzer for detecting urine leukocyte, the specificity and sensitivity were 85.47% and 98.11% respectively, and the Kappa value was 0.772. The results were positive of the Dirui H-800 urine dry chemistry analyzer joint SYSMEX UF-1000i automatic urinary sediment analyzer for detecting urine leukocyte, the specificity and sensitivity were 97.01% and 76.42% respectively, and the Kappa value was 0.770. Conclusions Dirui H-800 urine dry chemistry analyzer, SYSMEX UF-1000i automatic urinary sedimentanalyzer, and Diasys R/S2003 quantitative analyzer of urinary sediment for detecting urine leukocyte of high specificity, had strong consistency, joint effect used as screening tests of urine analysis, which can effectively improve thesgecificity and sensitivity of the detection of ur
